Want to be happier? Skillfully manage stress? Become a better parent? Improve relationships? Lead a more meaningful life?
At times of excessive stress, our habitual ways of thinking and behaving can fail us. Accumulated pressures of daily life lead to symptoms of mental distress, such as anxiety or depression, or physical illnesses, such as high blood pressure or gastrointestinal problems.
Psychotherapy can address the underlying problems, teach lifelong coping skills, and produce lasting results.
In my practice, I utilize assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness approaches to help my clients recognize long-standing, unproductive patterns of thinking and behavior and replace them with more helpful strategies. I help people reduce negative emotions, improve relationships, change problematic behaviors, and enhance the overall quality of life.
My mission is to establish an active collaboration with clients that will result in acquisition of new skills and behaviors leading to improvement in their well-being and the overall quality of their personal and professional life.
